- 15 ml Whipping cream 32% fat
- 20 g Mildly salted butter
- 1 pc Fresh chives
- 1 g Fine salt

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the whipping cream and lightly whisk everything with a fork.

Heat a pan over low heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and continuously scrape them from the bottom with a flat spatula. After about 3 minutes, when the eggs begin to set, add the butter piece by piece, stirring constantly.

After another 1.5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat. Season the scrambled eggs with salt to taste, stir carefully, and serve sprinkled with freshly chopped chives.
Chef's tip
For the perfect consistency, cook the eggs over very low heat – patience is the secret to creaminess here!
