Ingredients
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 40 g Breakfast bacon
Spices
- 1 pinch Table salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper

Preparation
- 1Carefully crack the eggs into a small bowl without breaking the yolk.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon strips in it, season with a little pepper, and fry for about 1 minute until the fat renders.
- 3Reduce the heat to low. Carefully slide the eggs over the bacon into the pan. Fry for another 5 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- 4Season with a pinch of salt to taste and serve garnished with freshly chopped chives.
Tip
For extra crispy bacon, you can place it in a cold pan without fat first, then slowly heat it.
