Carefully crack the eggs into a small bowl without breaking the yolk.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon strips in it, season with a little pepper, and fry for about 1 minute until the fat renders.
Reduce the heat to low. Carefully slide the eggs over the bacon into the pan. Fry for another 5 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Chef's tip
For extra crispy bacon, you can place it in a cold pan without fat first and then heat it slowly.
