- 100 ml Prosecco
- 20 ml elderflower syrup
- 60 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 piece lime
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 handful ice cubes
Generously fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
Pour the Prosecco, elderflower syrup, and sparkling mineral water (soda) one after another into the glass.
Slice the lime. Garnish the drink with the lime slices and fresh mint leaves. Stir carefully and enjoy immediately, ice-cold.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, 'clap' the mint leaves briefly in your palm before adding them to release their essential oils.
