  • 100g sour cream
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 20g fresh parsley
  • 20g thyme
  • 20g chives
  • 10ml juice of one lemon

    Wash and finely chop the herbs.

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, the finely chopped herbs, and quark together. Finally, season everything with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Tip
Don't like chives or parsley? Simply use your favorite herbs instead, such as basil, dill, or wild garlic. There are no limits to your imagination.
