    Bake the French fries according to package instructions in the oven or deep fryer until golden brown and crispy.

    Meanwhile, heat the roasting stock in a pot. Thicken with some cornstarch mixed in cold water until a creamy gravy forms. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Place the hot fries in a bowl or on a plate. Generously spread the cheese curds (or mozzarella pieces) over them.

    Pour the boiling hot gravy over the fries and cheese, so that the cheese melts slightly but does not completely run. Serve immediately.
