  • 200 g Granulated Sugar
  • 1500 ml Water

Preparation

    First, make a syrup: Heat 250 ml of water with the sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool.

    Squeeze the lemons (yields approx. 250 ml juice). Mix the lemon juice with the cooled syrup and the remaining cold water in a pitcher.

    Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint as desired.
