- 6 pieces Lemons
- 200 g Granulated Sugar
- 1500 ml Water
Preparation
- 1First, make a syrup: Heat 250 ml of water with the sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool.
- 2Squeeze the lemons (yields approx. 250 ml juice). Mix the lemon juice with the cooled syrup and the remaining cold water in a pitcher.
- 3Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint as desired.
