Preparation method

Remove the puff pastry from the package and unroll it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then cut the unrolled dough into rectangles (approx. 7 x 7 cm) and spread with the red pesto.

Drain the olives and cut them into small slices. Also drain the mozzarella and cut it into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180°C convection. Top the dough rectangles with olives and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the baked pizza pieces.
