  • 500g mixed minced meat
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 150g corn (1 small can)
  • 250g kidney beans
  • 1kg strained tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

    Brown the minced meat in a large pot and season with just a little salt and pepper.

    Meanwhile, cut the bell peppers into fine cubes and add them, along with the corn and kidney beans, to the browned minced meat and fry briefly. Then deglaze everything with the strained tomatoes and season mildly again, according to taste. Let the chili simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes so that the beans become nice and soft.
