25 g liquid honey
200 g whipping cream
250 g low-fat quark
Fresh strawberries and blueberries for decoration

Finely purée the strawberries (fresh or thawed) together with the honey.

Whip the whipping cream until stiff in a bowl. Then carefully fold in the low-fat quark and the strawberry-honey purée and briefly stir everything until smooth.

Fill the cream into small bowls. Decorate with the remaining strawberries and blueberries – for example, as a funny cat, bear, or pig face. Enjoy immediately or chill until serving.
