Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200–210 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, tomato paste, dried basil, and oregano into a smooth sauce.

Halve the Kaiser rolls. Spread each half generously with the tomato sauce. Distribute the cooked ham on top and sprinkle everything with the grated Emmentaler cheese.
