Vegetable Sticks
- 300 g Cucumber
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Bell pepper mix
Herb Dip
- 100 g Natural cream cheese
- 1 Handful fresh chives
- 1 Pinch table salt
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
- 1Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrots, deseed the bell peppers, and peel the cucumber as desired or use with skin. Cut everything into uniform, bite-sized sticks.
- 2For the dip, place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them in. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve the vegetable sticks with the dip.
Tip
For extra freshness, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the dip. Other herbs like parsley or dill also go perfectly with it.
