Separate the eggs and set aside the egg whites. Place the yolks in a large bowl, add the brown cane sugar, and beat the mixture until frothy and significantly increased in volume.

Pour the whole milk and melted butter into the yolk mixture and stir everything well.

Mix the plain wheat flour with the baking cocoa and sift the mixture finely into the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
