  • 250 g fine rolled oats
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 6 pcs. dried dates
  • 3 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch fine salt

  • 30 g freeze-dried raspberries

Place the rolled oats, soft butter, pitted dates, cocoa, and a pinch of salt in a blender and process everything into a smooth mixture.

Shape the mixture into small balls. Lightly crumble the freeze-dried raspberries and roll the balls in them until they are evenly coated. Alternatively, you can also use chopped nuts such as pistachios.

Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh there for up to 2 weeks.

Chef's tip

For an extra nutty touch, you can replace some of the rolled oats with ground hazelnuts.
