Prepare: Preheat oven to 180–185 °C. Prepare a baking dish (approx. 20 × 30 cm).

Couscous: Prepare according to package instructions. Then add mint, parsley, lemon zest and juice, basil, cream, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Bake: Place the couscous mixture into a baking dish. Place salmon fillets skin-side up on top and bake for 15–17 minutes at 180–185 °C.
