Pour about 150 ml of the soy drink into a small bowl. Add the egg yolks, vanilla extract, honey, and cornstarch.

Stir the mixture in the bowl very thoroughly until no lumps remain.

Pour the remaining soy drink into a small pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Chef's tip

Leftover crunchy oats also taste excellent as a topping for your morning yogurt or muesli.
