  • Catfish
  • 2 pieces Zucchini
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes
  • Some olive oil
  • Some lemon juice

Preparation

    Pat the catfish fillet dry, lightly salt and pepper.

    Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, first briefly sauté the vegetables.

    Add the catfish fillet, fry until golden brown on both sides (approx. 2 min per side).
  • 5
    Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  • 6
    Serve immediately – tastes especially good with baked potatoes or whole grain rice.
