Ingredients

  • 30 g fine gluten-free oats
  • 120 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 g banana (approx. 1/2 piece)
  • 50 g fresh raspberries
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 5 g baking cocoa

    Prepare two small bowls: In the first bowl, mix the oats with 70 ml milk and the mashed banana. In the second bowl, stir the remaining milk (50 ml) with the chia seeds and baking cocoa until smooth.

    Take a tall glass (approx. 200 ml capacity) and first layer the oat mixture into it. Add half of the fresh raspberries on top, then fill with the chocolate chia pudding. Finish with the remaining raspberries.

    Place the glass in the refrigerator overnight (for at least 8 hours) so that the oats and chia seeds can swell and achieve the perfect consistency.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with a plant-based drink such as oat or almond milk.
