Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper and prepare 8 wooden skewers.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and finely chop the spring onion. Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry, and cut it into approx. 2 cm cubes. Place the meat in a bowl.
Preparation & Baking

Mix the meat with 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Thread the meat cubes evenly onto the wooden skewers.
Chef's tip
If you use wooden skewers, soak them briefly in water beforehand so they don't burn in the oven.
