Knusprige, im Ofen gebackene Karottenscheiben mit einer würzigen Parmesan-Kruste, serviert mit einem erfrischenden Knoblauch-Petersilien-Dip. Ein perfekter gesunder Snack oder eine Beilage.

Preparation method

Peel the carrots and cut them into diagonal slices about 1 cm thick. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and boil for about 20 minutes until soft. Let the carrots cool slightly.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Pour olive oil, salt, and pepper directly onto the baking paper. Add the carrots and toss them thoroughly in the mixture so they are evenly coated.
