Preparation method
First, prepare 150 ml of espresso and let it cool down briefly. For a particularly intense aroma, freshly brewed coffee is recommended.
Fill a tall glass with a handful of ice cubes. The more ice, the more refreshing the drink remains.
Pour the cooled espresso over the ice cubes. Leave some space for the liqueur.
Chef's tip
For a particularly decorative look, you can slowly pour the Baileys over the back of a spoon into the glass to create beautiful streaks.
If you like it even sweeter, you can garnish the drink with a dollop of whipped cream and some cocoa powder.
