Ingredients
- 150 g mild quark
- 60 g coconut flakes
- 10 g liquid honey
- 20 g blanched ground almonds
- 10 pcs. whole blanched almonds
Preparation
- 1In a bowl, thoroughly mix the quark, coconut flakes, finely ground almonds, and honey. Let the mixture firm up in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2Form small balls from the chilled mixture with your hands. Press a whole almond into the center of each ball and then roll the ball in the remaining coconut flakes.
- 3Chill the finished balls in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- 4Always store the Quark Raffaello Balls in the refrigerator, where they will keep for about 1 week.
