Preparation method

Cut the halloumi into thin fry-shaped strips. If you are preparing them on the grill, use a grill-safe pan or a baking stone. Heat the pan, add the olive oil, and let it get really hot.

Add the halloumi fries to the hot oil. Fry them for a few minutes, turning occasionally, until they are wonderfully golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Add the finely chopped garlic to the fried halloumi and stir constantly until it is wonderfully fragrant.
