Preparation method
First, generously fill a tall glass (highball glass) with ice cubes.
Pour 4 cl Johnnie Walker Black Label and 1 cl elderflower syrup over the ice.
Fill the drink with 10 cl sparkling mineral water and stir gently.

For the best aroma, always use an organic lemon, as the peel is added directly to the drink.
