- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- Ice cubes as needed
- Sparkling mineral water for topping up
Place the lime juice, honey, half of the lime slices, and mint leaves into a tall glass. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the flavors.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with sparkling mineral water.
Garnish the drink with the remaining lime slices and some fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace the honey with agave syrup or cane sugar.
