Cut the chicken meat into cubes and marinate in a bowl with the Tandoori paste for 15 minutes. Then fry in 2 tbsp oil until fully cooked through.

For the yogurt dressing, finely chop the mint leaves, add to the yogurt, salt, and mix well.

In another bowl, mix the salad mix with onions, tomatoes, and mango. Season with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt.
Chef's tip
For a particularly authentic touch, you can also marinate the chicken overnight. This makes the meat even more tender and allows it to absorb the spices better.
