- 40 ml lemon vodka
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml lime juice
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Combine the lemon vodka, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, and cranberry juice with a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Shake the shaker vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is visibly frosted and ice-cold.
Strain the mix through a bar sieve into a pre-chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe. Garnish with a thin lime slice or an orange zest as desired and enjoy immediately, ice-cold.
Chef's tip
For the best result, use a high-quality lemon vodka and ensure the cranberry juice is not too sweet.
