- 40 ml Roku Gin
- 150 ml Tonic Water
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 1 handful ice cubes
Generously fill a glass (preferably a highball glass) with ice cubes.
Pour 40 ml Roku Gin over the ice and top with 150 ml chilled tonic water.
Cut the fresh ginger into fine sticks or slices and add to the drink. Stir gently once and enjoy immediately.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly muddle the ginger in the glass before adding the tonic water.
