Ingredients
- 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
- 160 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 handful ice cubes
Preparation
- 1Generously fill a tall glass (highball glass) with ice cubes.
- 2Pour 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey over the ice.
- 3Top with 160 ml ice-cold, sparkling mineral water and add a splash (approx. 1 tbsp) of fresh lemon juice.
- 4Stir gently once to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For the best result, both the whiskey and the mineral water should be well pre-chilled. This way, the ice melts slower and the drink stays sparkling longer.
