Die Kombination aus feinem Cognac, fruchtigem Orangenlikör und frischem Zitronensaft sorgt für ein elegantes Geschmackserlebnis, das durch den feinen Zuckerrand am Glas perfekt abgerundet wird. Ein Muss für jeden Liebhaber klassischer Cocktails!
Preparation method
First, moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass (preferably a coupe or martini glass) with a lemon wedge and carefully dip it into the granulated sugar to create an even sugar rim.
Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Add Cognac, orange liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted.
Chef's tip
For a particularly intense aroma, you can use an organic lemon and express the essential oils from the zest over the drink.
