Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat. Pour about 2 cm of water into a roasting pan.

Cut the Kaiser rolls into approx. 1 cm cubes, place them in a bowl and pour milk over them to soften. Finely dice the onion and peel and press the garlic.

Place the minced meat (beef and pork) in a large bowl. Add the soaked bread cubes, onion, garlic, eggs, and spices (caraway, marjoram, salt, and pepper) and mix everything thoroughly.
