  • 125 g Mozzarella di Bufala
  • 10 leaves fresh basil

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch fine iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch whole black pepper

Preparation

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into even slices.

    Also slice the Mozzarella di Bufala or carefully tear it into bite-sized pieces.

    Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate. Distribute the fresh basil leaves over them (tear larger leaves into smaller pieces if necessary).

    Drizzle everything generously with extra virgin olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Tip
For the best aroma, use fully ripe vine tomatoes and high-quality olive oil. A splash of balsamic glaze also goes perfectly with it!
