Preparation method

Soak the lentils in water for about 2 hours. Then rinse, cook in fresh water with a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes until soft, and then let them cool completely.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, a pinch of salt, and pepper well in a small bowl.

Place the salad in a large bowl. Dice the avocado, slice the radishes thinly, and add them to the salad along with the cooled lentils. Dice or crumble the feta and mix it in as well.
