BBQ Beef Ribs with Honey Glaze

Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper, then wrap tightly in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 150 °C for approx. 2.5 hours until tender.

For the glaze, mix the honey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small saucepan and bring to a brief boil.

Remove the ribs from the foil and brush generously with the honey BBQ glaze.
