Preparation method

Rub the beef brisket with a spice mix of cane sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a smoker or oven at 110 °C for about 6 hours until a nice crust forms.

Cut the meat into cubes of approximately 2x2 cm.

Place the cubes in a grill pan and mix with butter flakes, barbecue sauce, and maple syrup.
