Preparation method
Fill a grill pan (approx. 500 ml) with the fruit. Sprinkle about 50 g of granulated sugar (depending on the acidity of the fruit) over it and place the pan on the grill or grate over the fire.
While the fruit is grilling, prepare the crumble topping: Mix the flour with the remaining sugar (15 g) and cold butter. If desired, chopped almonds or a pinch of cinnamon can also be added. Briefly rub the mixture with your hands until nice crumbles form.
Distribute the crumble topping evenly over the fruit in the pan. Continue grilling until the fruit releases juice and the crumble topping is golden brown and crispy (approx. 10 minutes).
Chef's tip
A heat-resistant grill pan made of aluminum or ceramic is best suited for preparation.
