Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Halve or quarter larger florets so that all pieces are roughly the same size and cook evenly.

In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil with the smoked paprika, ground cumin, and salt. Add the cauliflower florets and stir vigorously until all pieces are evenly coated with the marinade.

Grilling

Place the marinated cauliflower florets in a single layer in a grill pan (made of aluminum or stainless steel).
