Preparation & Marinating
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients for the marinade (olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard). If desired, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
Add the diced beef fillet to the marinade and mix thoroughly, ensuring all pieces of meat are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Grilling
Preheat the grill or a grill pan to high heat. Cut the chosen grilling vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms) into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Chef's tip
Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before use to prevent them from burning on the grill.
For optimal results, let the meat rest for 2-3 minutes after grilling before serving.
