Preparation method
First, prepare the herb butter. Mix the softened butter with the finely chopped herbs (chives, basil, coriander), add a pressed garlic clove, and salt lightly. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
Lightly cut the top of the garlic bulb so that the individual cloves are exposed. Drizzle with a little olive oil and salt lightly.
Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy skin, score the duck breast crosswise on the skin side, but be careful not to cut into the meat.
