
Grilled Duck Breast with Herb Butter

Preparation method

First, prepare the herb butter. Mix the soft butter with the finely chopped herbs (chives, basil, coriander), add a pressed garlic clove, and lightly salt. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Lightly cut the top of the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves. Drizzle with a little olive oil and lightly salt.

Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
Chef's tip
For particularly crispy skin, score the duck breast crosswise on the skin side, but do not cut into the meat.
