INGREDIENTS
- 200 g berry mix (frozen)
- 65 g granulated sugar
- 20 g all-purpose wheat flour
- 20 g lightly salted butter
PREPARATION & GRILLING
- 1Fill a grill pan (approx. 500 ml) with the fruit. Sprinkle about 50 g of granulated sugar (depending on the acidity of the fruit) over it and place the pan on the grill or grate over the fire.
- 2While the fruit is grilling, prepare the crumbles: Mix the flour with the remaining sugar (15 g) and the cold butter. If desired, chopped almonds or a pinch of cinnamon can also be added. Briefly rub the mixture with your hands until nice crumbles form.
- 3Distribute the crumbles evenly over the fruit in the pan. Continue grilling until the fruit releases juice and the crumbles are golden brown and crispy (approx. 10 minutes).
- 4Serve the crumble warm. It tastes especially good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
Tip
A heat-resistant grill pan made of aluminum or ceramic is best suited for preparation.
