Preparation & Frying Bacon
Cut the tomatoes into 12 slices. Cut the pickled onions into fine rings. Slice the Kaiser rolls lengthwise and toast the cut sides in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
In the same pan, lay out the bacon slices over medium heat. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika powder. Once the underside is golden brown, flip and fry until crispy on the other side. Set the bacon aside on a plate.
Frying Meat & Eggs
Form 4 flat patties from the minced beef, the size of the rolls. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the patties in the pan with the remaining bacon fat and fry over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes. Flip, add a teaspoon of butter to each patty, and fry for another 2 minutes.
