- 8 pcs Eggs
- 240 g Natural Cream Cheese
- 120 g Natural Yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp Mild Mustard
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Fine Table Salt
Method
- 1Hard-boil the eggs, quench them, peel and halve them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, finely chop the egg whites.
- 2Finely mash the yolks with a fork. Add cream cheese, natural yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix everything into a smooth mass.
- 3Fold the finely chopped egg whites into the mixture, carefully combine, and let the spread chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving.
- 4Tip: For a spicier note, part of the mild mustard can be replaced with hot mustard or tarragon mustard. Freshly chopped chives or parsley also go perfectly with it.
