Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Eggs
  • 240 g Natural Cream Cheese
  • 120 g Natural Yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp Mild Mustard
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Fine Table Salt

Method

    Hard-boil the eggs, quench them, peel and halve them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, finely chop the egg whites.

    Finely mash the yolks with a fork. Add cream cheese, natural yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix everything into a smooth mass.

    Fold the finely chopped egg whites into the mixture, carefully combine, and let the spread chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving.

    Tip: For a spicier note, part of the mild mustard can be replaced with hot mustard or tarragon mustard. Freshly chopped chives or parsley also go perfectly with it.
