Mix the various seeds and nuts in a large bowl. Roughly chop or break larger nuts like walnuts beforehand. Add the chia seeds, psyllium husks, and finely diced dried tomatoes.

Pour the still water over everything and stir well. Let the mixture swell for a few minutes so that the chia seeds and psyllium husks can fully absorb the water and a binding consistency is formed.

Meanwhile, line a loaf pan with baking paper. Fill the dough evenly into the pan and smooth it out.
