Place flour, lukewarm water, vegetable oil, crumbled yeast, salt, finely diced mozzarella, bacon cubes, marjoram, garlic powder, and finely chopped chives in a bowl. Knead everything by hand or with a food processor until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Shape each piece into a round bun with your hands.

Place the buns in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet.
