Ein schnelles und cremiges Pfannengericht, das zarte Hendlbrust mit frischem Blattspinat und flaumigen Gnocchi vereint. Perfekt für ein unkompliziertes Mittag- oder Abendessen.

Preparation method

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized strips. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the leaf spinach and drain well.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan. Fry the chicken strips all over until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the diced onion in the remaining fat until translucent, then briefly fry the garlic. Add the leaf spinach and let it wilt.
