First, mix the minced beef with 20 ml soy sauce and 1 tbsp gingerbread spice. The spice gives the meat a wonderful depth.

Wash and prepare the vegetables: Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the onion into fine half-rings, the spring onions into pieces about 2 cm long. Finely chop or press the garlic.

Heat 3 tbsp rapeseed oil in a large pan or wok. Sear the meat over high heat for about 5–8 minutes until it is crumbly and brown. Season with a little salt, remove from the pan, and set aside.
