  • 600 g mixed minced meat (beef & pork)
  • 500 g potatoes (waxy)
  • 1 pc onion (yellow)
  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 40 g butter (mildly salted)
  • 70 g whole grain roll (from the previous day)
  • 300 ml whole milk (200 ml for soaking, 100 ml for the purée)
  • 12 g table salt (fine)
  • 1 pc egg (size M)
  • 1 tsp marjoram (dried)
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (smoky)

Finely dice the onion and press the garlic. Cut the whole grain roll into small pieces and soak in 200 ml milk.

Mix the minced meat well with onion, garlic, the soaked roll, salt, pepper, marjoram, the egg, and the BBQ sauce. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and, with damp hands, form two elongated meatloaves (patties). Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 170 °C for approx. 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the sweet potatoes and potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil them in salted water until soft. Drain the water, add butter and the remaining milk (100 ml), and mash everything into a fine purée. Season with salt and serve together with the juicy meatloaf.
