In a large bowl, mix the minced beef with the egg, paprika powder, dried marjoram, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, and pressed garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the finely diced onions in it for approx. 8–10 minutes until translucent and soft.

Add the sautéed onions to the meat mixture in the bowl and knead everything well. Form 6 equally sized patties from the mixture.
