  • 100 ml Schlagobers
  • 80 g Feta
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 1 Handvoll frischer Schnittlauch
  • Salz nach Geschmack
  • Pfeffer nach Geschmack
  • 1 rote Paprika
  • 100 g Brokkoli (Röschen)
  • 50 g TK-Erbsen
  • 2 Jungzwiebeln

Method

    Whisk eggs in a bowl with whipping cream, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.

    Heat oil in an oven-safe pan and briefly sauté the chopped vegetables.

    Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let it set over low heat for approx. 3–4 minutes.

    Sprinkle the surface with crumbled feta.

    Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 8–10 minutes until the surface is firm.
