- 80 g Feta
- 2 EL Olivenöl
- 1 Handvoll frischer Schnittlauch

- 100 g Brokkoli (Röschen)
- 50 g TK-Erbsen
- 2 Jungzwiebeln
Method
- 1Whisk eggs in a bowl with whipping cream, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
- 2Heat oil in an oven-safe pan and briefly sauté the chopped vegetables.
- 3Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let it set over low heat for approx. 3–4 minutes.
- 4Sprinkle the surface with crumbled feta.
- 5Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 8–10 minutes until the surface is firm.
