Preparation method

Dry roast the sesame seeds in a hot wok without oil until lightly browned and fragrant. Immediately remove from the wok and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in the wok. Briefly sauté the garlic and ginger. Add the green beans and stir-fry until almost cooked. Then add the mung bean sprouts and bell pepper strips and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the vegetables with the toasted sesame seeds.
Chef's tip
Serve the vegetables on a bed of steamed jasmine rice or with egg noodles for a complete meal.
Tip: If you prefer the green beans particularly tender, add 2 tbsp of water during frying and let it reduce briefly.
